This application doesn't seem very useful at all! I don't even see the difference between creating notes and creating pages. Even worse, the documentation above shows a screen to create a note (it looks like a Panel but it's not clear where it's found in the UI) but the title says "Create Page"! emoticon_smile

I really fail to see the point of this app, at least with its current features.

Vincent: that's because you're overthinking things. I guess you also fail to see the point of WhatsApp, "since we already have IRC that does exactly the same thing". The point of this app is to be used as part of a workspace flavor of XWiki. Its goal is to make simple page creation a first-class citizen in a wiki that is organized around apps. Thanks to this app, a note-taking space available through an icon in the app bar, along with other apps, which matches the user model for an app-based subwiki.

For the record, I'm aware that having a good user interface (ie, NOT having to go into object edition mode on the home page of a space) that would let users and/or admins select an icon and a name for a normal wiki space so that it shows up in the app bar would have the same effect. This app serves as a stopgap in the meanwhile.

My problem was with the discrepancy between Note and Page. Caty fixed that in the documentation: "The Notes app lets you create pages" (what was not correct was to say "The Notes app lets you create notes"). Thanks.

With the changes Caty has done to the documentation, it's good now and I understand it. Thanks.
