Description

The Workstream is a internal twitter-like micro-blogging application that allows the wiki users to post short status updates. There is both a wiki page with recent updates and the ability to browse updates by user, and a panel easily installable in the wiki or in any space, with as well recent updates and a text box for one to update its status.

The Workstream application can be installed on XWiki Enterprise versions 1.4.x and above

The Workstream application relies on the Activity Stream plugin. Make sure you have it correctly installed and activated in your Wiki.

To add the Workstream panel to the whole wiki, or only to desired spaces, you can use the Panel Wizard. Just drag the workstream panel (you can find it under the "Information" section) to the desired column.
