If you want to insert just a fragment from an office document you can copy it from the office application you use and then click the [[image:importer.gif||style="vertical-align: middle;"]] button from the editor toolbar.

If you want the pasted text to look as much as possible as in your office application then leave the check box unchecked. This will result in a much cleaner document but the result may look different than in your office application. Click the "Import" button in the end.
