I have installed this extension in XE 7.3.1 and doesn't work. After initializing, nothing appear and web I navigate to whatever other page, appears a lot of error saying HTML cannot properly render.
    Is there  some incompatibility?
I'll start to develop consulting the online API guide

Alex, sorry for this late feedback. Since XWiki 7.1.x, there was a incompatibility when running under Jetty. I have just released version 1.1 with a workaround for this issue, in addition to a couple of improvements.

this does not seem to work with xwiki version 6.0.1; Is there an earlier version I don't know about?

You should try using the Extension Manager since this is the recommended approach and it's much simpler. Thanks

Why do you want to import it if you already installed it ? The instructions you are talking about are only if you don't want to use Extension Manager.
