Put Footnotes Macro (Radeox)

Displays the footnotes mentioned so far in the wiki code and resets the footnote counter.

Used with the #footnote macro. Nothing is displayed if no footnotes were previously mentioned.

If the explicit call of the macro is missing on a page, it is called by default at the end of the page.
